TIVAR® H.O.T.*

Due to its special formulation, TIVAR® H.O.T.* can maintain constant performance properties over a wider temperature range, making this material significantly more suitable than competing PE 1000 plastics for use in a wide range of industrial production environments with temperatures up to 125°C. TIVAR® H.O.T.* reduces the oxidation rate of the material at higher temperatures, thus slowing down decomposition processes in the material structure and extending wear life when used in environments characterized by strong chemical influences, high temperatures as well as thermocyclic conditions. In numerous applications, TIVAR® H.O.T.* can convince with 10 times longer durability and excellent wear and demolding properties under higher temperature conditions.

TIVAR® H.O.T.* is ideal for use in conveyors or other equipment that is frequently exposed to chemical cleaning processes. In particular, this material is frequently used in poultry or meat processing and in the packaging industry. The material can also be used for wear bars in spiral or screw conveyors in the bakery industry, for blades of drag chain conveyors for bulk material transport in grain elevators or for wear bars of belt dryers in drying and dehumidification plants.
