TIVAR® CleanStat*
TIVAR® CleanStat* is a PE 1000-based plastic for applications in the food processing and pharmaceutical industries. It is static dissipative and suitable for food applications.
TIVAR® CleanStat* can help shorten downtime and reduce the formation of fine dusts in a wide variety of applications. This plastic eliminates surface electrostatic charging problems, meets Regulation (EU) No. 10/2011, FDA, USDA, and 3A-Dairy guidelines for food contact, and features a low-wear sliding surface that has a lower coefficient of friction than stainless steel.
This material can be easily incorporated into components and replacement parts designed to reduce noise levels in equipment and for which longer cleaning intervals are intended. Due to its good weldability, seamless welded components can be made from this material.

- Linings for hoppers or storage tanks
- Trays for vibratory conveyors
