TIVAR® Ceram P*
TIVAR® Ceram P* is a low-wear PE 1000 plastic with embedded micro glass balls.
This makes TIVAR® Ceram P* particularly suitable for use in the wet end of paper machines equipped with plastic fabrics and operating with a high proportion of aggressive fillers.

TIVAR® Ceram P* in detail
TIVAR® Ceram P* the ideal material for applications characterized by high loads, high speeds and severe sliding wear. The high tensile strength and wear resistance of this material has already been successfully demonstrated in the wood, paper and steel industries as well as in agriculture. TIVAR® Ceram P*, which consists of untreated, pure polymer material and high-quality additives, is a fracture- and impact-resistant material that is an alternative to sintered ceramics and leads to lower wear on parts and shorter maintenance-related downtimes for machines.
